Shipping policy

All products marked "In Stock" or "Available" are ready for shipping unless otherwise noted in item product description, special order requests or commissions.  Special orders or commissions require time to produce, dry, fire and adorn. If you have a particular time frame, please give me a call or email me and we will work something out.

I offer free standard shipping on order over $100.00 within the Continental United States, I normally ship by FedEx, but if you require a specific request for shipping or want something overnight, please contact me as shipping charges may change with your  request.  I will do my best to obtain accurate estimates and want to accommodate your needs. 

Ceramics require shipping in boxes with lots of protection.  I do recycle materials whenever possible in hopes of doing my small part of caring for this planet we inhabit at present.

If "In Stock or Available" it will be packaged and sent out within 3 days of receiving payment. I do try to send the same or next day after payment, which all depends on holidays, weather and delays with shipping offices.

Once the package is shipped your order cannot be cancelled and I have no control regarding shipping.  I will notify you when the package is shipped along with any tracking information.  If there are any delays or issues you will need to contact the shipping company, but also please keep me informed in order for me to help as much as possible from my end.  

Shipping outside of the United States can take up to 6 weeks or more depending on the carrier.  Customs may investigate, open or hold your package without notice.  Contact your customs office for details.  Any duties or international customs fees owing on your shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, a maximum of 48 hours after delivery and be sure to send me a photo of the damaged item.
