Refund policy

No Refunds after shipping.  Replacement with a similar item with proof of damage.  Replacement item may not be "In Stock" and may need to be created.  In that situation allow for 6 to 8 weeks depending on item to be completed for replacement.  

Every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind with variations as in nature.  Many colors and textures cannot be replicated exactly due to the nature of clay, glazes, washes and the atmospheric conditions at the times of firing.  Clay and Glazes are mystical by nature and as each human, animal, plants etc. unique and different.

I accept order cancellation 24 hours prior to shipping if these are "In Stock" items, with "Commission" items it depends on the agreement and size of commission.  It is my wish to make the process a good experience for you and to assist in your visions of creating a beautiful, calming space in your home, garden or work space.  I am always happy to answer questions.  Call, if I am working, please leave a voicemail, I will return your call.  Email is another great way to reach me. 

I am naturally a very visual person and am happy to update you along the way with photos to keep you involved as much or as  little as you wish.

All pieces are shipped in boxes, ceramics will not survive the brutality of shipping without protection. 

Art for the Garden, particularly in certain climates with freeze thaw temperatures, should not be left outdoors during harsh weather.   

Tiles are all handmade, with beautiful imperfections occasionally; usually the reason handcrafted and sculpted is preferred over armies of exact lifeless items.  Handcrafted and sculpted imparts energy into the clay as well as glazes.
