HAPPY JULY 11th! Feel The Need For A Cleansing?

HAPPY JULY 11th! Feel The Need For A Cleansing?

Good Morning! Well, let's put out some creative and positive meditations for our day as well as our Sacred Space.  Made it past the half way point for the year, so many changes happening with the season changes.

To bring in all of senses and adjust space, home, spirit and mind I use this little "Simmer Pot" of everyday herbs and spices to focus mental, spiritual and sacred space.  Makes the day start out on a perfectly positive note.  Recharge and discard.  Don't need anything special, but if you get into staging to enhance the ambiance even better.  A little tip, I put a timer on to keep me mindful to turn off the stove or add water.  It smells so good!  Please be creative and intuitive with whatever you "feel" needs adding.

I am pasting my Cleansing Meditation and "Simmer Pot" fragrance recipe in case you may want to give it a try.  Feel free to add or subtract with what is available in your kitchen or heart.  Candle or no candle is fine, just the time to meditate on being free of negativity and bringing those things to you needed.

If you have any recipes you might want to share, please do.

“Negativity, you shall depart,

No longer hold a place in my heart.

I release your grip, I set you free,

In your absence, positivity shall be.

With light and love, I cleanse my soul,

Negativity, you no longer have control.

In this sacred space, I now stand strong,

Banished forever, you are gone.”
